1st Floor
The Villa Gems has room for all.
Starting from the top floor:
The First bedroom has a double bed and a balcony overlooking the pool, the sea and the rest of the village. The second bedroom also has a double bed and views of the sea and of our homemade pond and waterfall. Sleeping in that bedroom listening to the water flow is very peaceful. Our third bedroom is also equipped with a double bed and views of the backyard. Our fourth and final bedroom has a bunkbed and two single beds.

Living Room / Kitchen
In the main living area, there is a pool table, a huge TV set with Netflix and Amazon Prime and a fireplace with a couch that is comfier than a bed.
Our kitchen is equipped with everything you will need for you to enjoy cooking on your holidays.
Our balcony wraps around the front of the villa, so hanging out outside has never been easier with so much room and with such great views.

Backyard / Pool
In the backyard there is a basketball hop and a volleyball/badminton net. It’s a large area to run around and play.
Leaving the backyard, you’ll find yourself standing in front of our homemade pond and waterfall, filled with all sorts of animals, from goldfish and guppies to turtles and frogs. The pond is a great seating area for all ages to enjoy.
In front of our Villa, we have the main attraction, our huge swimming pool for adults, and our baby pool for smaller adults. On top of the pool area, we have a barbeque station. What’s better than hot grilled food after a nice cool dip?

Walk-in Apartment
And last but not least, our bottom floor is its own lovely apartment. With huge windows as the front wall, the apartment is very bright and warm. It is equipped with an amazing kitchen, air conditioning, fridge, dishwasher, washing machine, two bathrooms (one of which has a jacuzzi), another double bed and a single bed.

The Villa GEMS Rules
- No parties are allowed on the premise of The Villa GEMS.
- Take care of The Villa GEMS as if it was your own property. Please note that in case of a damage caused by you, you will be held liable for compensation.
- It is required that guests, particularly those in groups are respective in regards to noise during the quiet hours.
(Quiet Hours during the Summer Season: 15:00 until 17:30 and 23:00 until 07:00)
(Quiet Hours during the Winter Season: 15:30 until 17:30 and 22:00 until 07:30) - Please DO NOT throw paper in the toilet.
- The Villa GEMS is a pet friendly villa. Please note that in case there is any damage caused by the animal, you will be held liable for compensation.
- The Villa GEMS provides hot water 24h/per day, since it is equipped with a Solar Water Heater. In case there is no hot water, you can turn on the boiler, but make sure you turn it off after thirty (30) minutes.
